Customer is responsible for shipping on all custom hat orders under $300. All orders have a lead time + shipping standard. Typical lead-time for leather patch hat orders placed online is between 2 weeks (10 business days) + shipping. Rubber patch hat orders have a 3-5 week production time + Shipping time. For expedited orders, please contact help@zappedheadwear.com to discuss options before placing order.
Order processing / Delivery time gaurentee- UPS rate timelines are guaranteed and partial refunds are possible if delay. USPS does not guarantee rate timelines and delays cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 24 business hours for order processing on top of shipping timeline
Address changes- Address changes can be made before an order is shipped but not after. If an order is shipped prior to requesting an address change, there is nothing we can do so the customer will need to call UPS or USPS and request a change of address on the shipment. If a customer moves between the shipment and does not inform us of the new address prior to the shipment we will not be held liable for replacement shipments if it is not forwarded properly. If a package is delivered to the address requested originally, Customer is liable for shipping from original address to new address.
Backorders- To backorder an item please call us (385) 406-7111. Backorders will only be processed on orders above 50 pcs. If multiple shipments are required, Customer will be responsible for shipping costs on 2nd shipment if order is in the free shipping category. We will only accept a backorder on inventory incoming within 2 weeks. Dates of incoming inventory is available online.
Returns- Customized item sales are final and will not be returned unless received defective in which Zapped Branding is responsible for shipping costs to and from destination for repair or refund.
Blank hat order- Blank hat orders placed before 2pm MST typically ship the same or next business day. Next day air must be placed before 1pm MST. The only exception to this is if the order is combined with custom hats in which case, the order will ship altogether upon completion of production unless the customer calls in to pay for the double shipment.
Dealers- By no means will Zapped headwear ship with user accounts via FedEx, or DHL. Shipping will all be done via UPS through User or Zapped Headwear accounts through the orders placed both online and through purchase orders.
Upgrades- Occasionally, UPS and USPS rates fluctuate from online automation and can be cheaper when we go to ship. If you order qualifies for upgraded shipping based on what you paid, we will upgrade your shipping so your money goes toward a faster shipping time.

Free shipping: Free shipping on custom hat orders over $300 within the continental United States will automatically apply at checkout. Blank hats are not eligible for free shipping unless reward points are redeemed for returning customers.
Free shipping will be the cheapest and slowest rate at the time of production completion and will not be upgraded for free.
NEXT DAY AIR- Any order with expedited shipping will be shipped between 7am mst-2pm mst on the same or next business day due to shipping pickup timelines. If an order is placed after 1pm mst it will be shipped the expedited service on the following business day. ex: if order is placed 3pm Friday with next day air, the order will ship Monday morning before 1pm mst.
Coupons used for shipping with our rewards points system can be applied on all orders within the United States. All International orders will have to pay for shipping.
