Custom Hats-All CUSTOM HAT sales are final. Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed however, once the patches have been cut the order will be fulfilled. Please provide photo evidence upon receipt of your hats if received defective and email help@zappedheadwear.com.
Any claims must be made with 1 week of receipt. Any claims after 1 week of delivery will not be satisfied.
Pre-Made designs-If you are not satisfied with your item we accept returns on pre made designs (Must be in original condition when returned otherwise refund will not be awarded) Exchanges on pre made designs are accepted and if an item is unworn and in the same condition as at purchase we will gladly refund your money. If you have any questions, please email help@zappedheadwear.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Blank hats- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs/label creation and will not be refunded until the order is returned unless the hats are being returned due to a fault from Zapped headwear. Returns will not be accepted if items have been used, crushed, or have wear marks.

Orders must be returned or at least notify Zapped Headwear of intent to return within 15 days of receipt all orders post 15 days of delivery will not be eligible for returns. There is a 20% restocking fee on blank returns. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from destination and will only be refunded for the items themselves.
Limited drop blank items will not be restocked. We regularly offer limited time only headwear. These are a non returnable item.
Damaged goods- All damaged goods will be replaced based on a UPS and USPS claim and these shipping companies timeline approval. Zapped Headwear will cover shipping cost for same method used at original checkout. Any expediting of shipping will need to be covered by customer unless "shipping insurance" was purchased at checkout, in which case the full order will be sent using UPS 3 day select.
We are not responsible for decoration timelines in the case that the shipping company damaged boxes in an order but will do our best to get you replacements in a timely manner. Our warehouse uses strong boxes and packaging supplies to ensure shipments arrive undamaged but there are always possibilities a box can be crushed, left in bad weather etc.
